We are happy to welcome you to our Guest House Am Schloss located in the charming and beautiful town of Brunico in South Tyrol. Crossing the threshold of the entrance door, you will find yourself immersed in another world, a little paradise full of smiles with comfortable and modern furnishings well designed to create a cosy environment.

Our guests are immediately welcomed in a familiar and warm atmosphere which can be felt everywhere in our Guest House, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and our service attentive and friendly.

We are located in the Old Town of Brunico in Val Pusteria, a small town where, in addition to the opportunity of spending a pleasant holiday, it is possible to discover interesting cultural sites, old South Tyrolean traditions, go shopping in the many stores nearby, have unforgettable walks in the surrounding nature and enjoy spectacular days in the majestic ski resort of the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz.

And to let you feel even closer to the mountains, spend long holidays on your skis and enjoy excursions in the summer, we would be extremely pleased to welcome you to our Residence Ada in San Cassiano in Val Badia, a real gem in the middle of the enchanting Dolomites.

Booking confirmation:
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. 

Cancellation and Payment Policy
For cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 50% via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.


Trip cancellation insurance:
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Location and how to reach us

Our Guest House Am Schloss in Brunico is located in a very convenient position in the charming Via Centrale, a pedestrian area ideal for going shopping or enjoying a refreshing drink on one of the many pleasant terraces in the city or tasting one of the delicious local specialities in one of the many restaurants. Or also, you can visit the town’s little churches, lovely gardens such as that in the Convent of the Ursulines or even historic monuments such as the Castle of Brunico, inhabited by bishops in the past, or the Austro-Hungarian cemetery.

We are only 10 minutes away from the train station and 4 km away by car from the renowned ski resort of Plan de Corones.

BY CAR:

If you are arriving by car, you can easily reach us by entering the address "Tielt-Promenade" into your navigation system. Along Tielt-Promenade, you will find paid public parking spaces available until 19:00. After that time, the parking is free, including on holidays.

Alternatively, you can search for nearby free parking options to conveniently park your car and then walk to the Guest House Am Schloss located at Via Centrale 14 in the center of Brunico.
